An Elizabethan prodigy house behind a gabled Tudor gatehouse, its walled gardens filled each February with drifts of snowdrops and winter aconites that draw photographers from across the county. The topiary, rose garden and mellow brick front are equally strong subjects in summer, with a genuine, long-running local following on photo-sharing sites.
