Address

Godrevy Lighthouse was built by Trinity House in 1859 after the wreck of the steamer Nile highlighted the danger of the offshore Stones reef. James Walker designed the 26-metre octagonal rubble-stone tower and adjoining keepers' accommodation. The station was automated in 1939 and later solar powered; in 2012 the operational light moved to a nearby steel structure.
