St Ives Bridge crosses the Great Ouse on six stone arches and incorporates one of England's surviving medieval bridge chapels. Views from the riverbanks combine the irregular arches, reflected stonework, boats and the town waterfront, while the narrow crossing supports architectural detail and street photography. Early and late light can separate the bridge from the riverside buildings and bring colour into the water.
