Address

The National Covid Memorial Wall was begun in 2021 by bereaved families as a grassroots memorial to people who died during the COVID-19 pandemic. Roughly 500 metres of wall are covered with around 250,000 individually hand-painted red hearts. Volunteers continue to maintain the work, whose repeated heart motif records individual loss within a collective memorial.
